   The Silver Citrine Five Pound Hat Ring is definitely among those covered, being Claw made. But this ring is not just “covered”, it is a very sturdy “full hand” ring often worn on the middle finger as a solo, and it does ‘cover’ very well being such a large ring. Has 24 grams of silver and 32 carets of Faceted Citrine Ovals.

   This very well made citrine ring is  the “Five Pound Hat Ring”. I guess your 1st questions is; how in the world did this citrine ring get the name “Five Pound Hat Ring”?  As you can imagine, it was being shown in the “shop” to a lady who’s son also wanted to see the ring (one just like it) and when he held it in his hand he said “this ring feels like it weighs five pounds”; the mother said “no it doesn’t…” and grabbed the ring from his hand …” it’s a hat ring and it does Not weigh five pounds”.

   No way I let that pass. Couldn’t resist. Named every one like it, and even close to it, all five pound hat rings, regardless of whether they are citrine rings or another gemstone type.
   The Citrine Hat Ring itself is framed using the Claw Technique. Each of the citrine faceted gemstones are harnessed on the same strand of wire, which is then wound into the table and shank binding all into a nearly indestructible piece of jewelry. This citrine ring also has a matching citrine necklace & earrings that can be sold as a complete set.
